Jennifer brings invaluable business experience and legal expertise to the Strategic Global Law Team. Her strong business background coupled with her in-house legal experience makes Jennifer an invaluable asset to her clients. As former General Counsel of an international consumer goods and services conglomerate based out of Los Angeles, CA, Jennifer understands firsthand the various legal challenges facing businesses today. Her expertise includes corporate law, contractual drafting/negotiation, dispute settlement and in-house legal management solutions.
In addition to her in-house legal experience, Jennifer comes from a strong educational background. She received her law degree from Loyola Law School where she focused on international law and business. She spent a summer working for the House of Commons at The United Kingdom Parliament and was a Hansard Scholar at The London School of Economics. She also received her MBA from Loyola Marymount University, Hilton School of Business where she completed a thesis on Mergers and Acquisitions in the European Banking Industry.
Jennifer earned Bachelor degrees in both Psychology and Political Science-International Relations from the University of California, San Diego. She also spent time abroad studying at The Universidad Nacional in Heredia, Costa Rica and The University of Turin in Turin, Italy.
Jennifer is not only an industry expert but also a teacher, writer and speaker in her community.
